Started off in Brisbane Friday night at @thetriffid seeing @spiteofficial , @varialspa , @diesect.au and @zuko_bne 🤟🏻
Caught up with my best mates for a gym sesh, board games, takeout, lots of laughs alongside a few cheeky whiskeys 🥃
Then off to the @gcrunningfestival hungover on barely 3 hours sleep... and somehow pulling off a 5km race total PB AND a 1km split PB?! 😆🏃💨
Then straight back to Brisbane with the metal fam for VIP meet and greet at @theprincessbrisbane to watch @memphismayfire , @blessthefall and @siennaskies . The guys were absolute legends and put on a fkn killer show 🤘🔥
Wrapped it all up with a late breakfast at Sanctuary Cove before retreating back home to the Sunny Coast to recharge. Catching my breath before Hawthorne Heights tomorrow night... let’s go! 🖤🎸
