There is no such thing as a dream client, but some come pretty close. A great dynamic between a client and a consultant is what can be the difference between making billions and making a burnout. A great client is more than just someone who pays the bills. They need to be proactive in their decision making and also understand your expertise. They also need to respect time - yours, and the amount it takes to build a successful business. We’ve dealt with enough nightmares to know how to spot one in the dark.

What exactly does luxury mean to you? For some people it means ‘expensive stuff’. For others it’s quality, service and authenticity. There’s only so much research that can be done online - so when a client needed to understand what investing in a luxury brand meant - we took them to London to discover one of the world’s most revered tailoring streets, customer service at private members clubs and factories in the East End.
The last thing the world needs is another brand - so if you are gonna do it, do it right.

It’s the last thing people think about when starting a brand, but it is the first thing to go wrong when it isn’t in place. When you are communicating on a billion levels - it can be a dicey game if you don’t have a Tone of Voice in place. Say the wrong thing and you could be sued by a competitor. Greenwash or Rainbow wash a post or hangtag and you could end up as a meme for all the wrong reasons.
Words are rarely thought about - but they mean everything when used badly. Rant over.

What do luxury goods by Louis Vuitton and Loewe have in common? ECCO Leather - @ecco - one of the largest leather production houses in the world. From environmentally friendly tanning methods to a design led factory - where people can come in and design their own leather - the company does a lot more for leather than its footwear line.
We’ve worked with them to help relaunch their website and a number of collections. In fact, their in-house studio is responsible for some of the most iconic leathers on the catwalk of late. Which is why they launched the collection - ICONS, the 7 leathers by which all of the company’s leathers are based. Apparition is our favourite, a translucent leather that’s ONE of the most sustainable leathers on the planet. That’s another thing - they have a team of lawyers that jump on our every words so greenwashing is not an option with this lot. Which is what makes these guys so great to work with. Honest with integrity. As long as there are meat and dairy industries, there will be leather. And ECCO Leather’s plan is to make their product as sustainable and designer-friendly as possible.
