THURSDAY, MAY 14 - $1 off 109 E Pale Ale pints
A traditional American Pale Ale. The use of citra, chinook, and cascade hops blend together notes of pine and citrus with a slightly sweet maltiness.
But why the name?
109 E Palace was the address for the secret entrance in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the Manhattan Project. Physicists would check into this fake storefront before they were ushered up to the Los Alamos National Laboratories where they would eventually develop the atomic bomb.

But why the name?
The Porta Cipher is a classical polyalphabetic substitution cipher that uses a key word or phrase to determine which shifted alphabet to use for each letter. Similiar to the Vigenere cipher that uses 26 alphabets, the Porta uses 13 reciprocal alphabets, so enciphering is the same as deciphering. Yeah, we're confused too.
