Mask
For my final project at Cosmix we had the choice of either making a mask or a display piece. I chose to make The Grabber mask from The Black Phone. The Black Phone is one of my favorite movies so it was so fun to make this mask. It was a very fun process and I loved the sculpting part the most. I put the mask on a ski mask and added a brown wig to bring the whole thing to life

Prosthetic Transfer
⚠️FAKE Blood⚠️
Throughout the last week, we molded cuts and bullet wounds and gashes out of clay and chose one to make into a prosthetic. We turned our clay sculptures into silicone molds and finally made prosaid transfers. Once that's done it's applied exactly like a fake tattoo.
We were given a script and had two characters to choose from to recreate. Rafe had a bullet wound to the shoulder, Mason had a gash over his brow. I chose Mason to challenge myself with a cut and I think it turned out nicely

Injury Final

My first final of my Character Class back in June. My assignment was to make myself look like I helped save people from natural disasters like tornadoes and hurricanes. I added burns, cuts, sweat, and soot to really add to the character. I'm very proud of how this turned out

Body Painting
We had 4 hours to paint the entire torso, and I chose to paint sunflowers on a blue sky. I hand painted the sunflowers and vines and then went in afterward with airbrush to make the colors more vibrant. This honestly came out better than I expected because I haven't painted in a while. Character Final
For my Character Final, I was given a piece of a script:
"January 1951
Somewhere in Chicago under a bridge
The camera zooms in on the form of a person lying underneath the bridge. It is of a homeless man passed-out drunk. He looks to be in his 60s, but who really knows. He has bushy eyebrows and an unkempt mustache. Apparently, it appears he has been beaten ruthlessly several times and often by the looks of his injuries."
So, according to this script, I had to do hair work, old age, injuries, and a drunken appearance to create my homeless character. You really feel like you're in snowy Chicago in the middle of southern Florida 😂

3 days of facial hair have come and went and my was it quite the (hairy) experience. I started with mustaches, then goatee, and finally, a big burly beard. Thank you to my very brave models @jnetsaisquoi and @isa.makeupartistry

I started school at Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry about 4 weeks ago. I was put in the skin care class first where I'm learning how to do facials, back facials, waxing, lashes, etc. Today was my first time doing individual lashes on my classmate @isabella.a11 (@makeupbyisaaa ) and she did lashes on me 😙
Practicing my Jeff The Killer makeup for an upcoming film. Still needs work and improvements. Doesn't really look legit without the black hair and the contacts, but I don't have those :/
2nd attempt at making a mask. I tried to recreate the Grabbers mask from the black phone. Unfortunately the mask broke as I was taking it off the mannequin so I couldn't paint it 😥
Today was my daughter’s last internship class and final test to see if she advances to the next phase!! I was lucky enough to be her model again and she did such a great job…especially since she was working against the clock this time!!! Send good vibes to my girl that she gets to go to the next phase 🙌🏻🖤💀
