Time for my requisite month-late post after wrapping a feature!
Loved every one of the cast and crew on this. They made it a great first time in NYC. Thanks to @the_dtks for trusting me to capture the beautiful dialogue you wrote and to Eric Berryman and @guzzlingplastic1000 for giving such amazing performances to capture.
Some of my favorite moments from 2024! Thanks to everyone who helped make it a great year.
1. NYE party!
2. Book Club - Been wanting to be in a book club for as long as I can remember. So glad that I finally found a group! Reading more this year has been really amazing and so helpful for my mental health
3. Japan - Finally made what was supposed to be a graduation trip to Japan
4. Edendale - One of my favorite projects to date with an amazing cast and crew
5. DJing - I started learning how to DJ this year from a DJ I work for and got to play in front of people for the first time. It’s great to have an outlet for my passion for music.
6. Camping at Mt. Pinos - This is where I worked on my first feature as a Sound Mixer, and it was so great to come back and enjoy the beauty without having to work.
7. USA Through Film - This was a really fun and rewarding project with another amazing crew and Hilary Swank was so kind and great to work with!
8. First Camping Trip in LA
9. Voicemail during shooting of Dead Broke - This was a short I produced with roommates and friends. Really rewarding to get back to making creative projects of our own!

Better late than never! Some bts pics from a feature that wrapped a few weeks back. Had a lot of fun shooting this one! Even though there were some difficult days, the cast and crew was amazing and made every day on set such a pleasure. Special shout out to my amazing boom op @hartshornsound Can’t wait to see this one release!
Had the opportunity to explore Carmel-by-the-Sea while doing sound on a tourism project for @bbcstoryworks featuring @hilaryswank Great crew and a beautiful place!

1st 3 pics: @make.me.italian short shot over two weekends with one of the best crews I’ve worked with! Had to boom for myself for one day of dream sequences, but all the rest was the boom work of the amazing Indrani Robinson
2nd 3 pics: Dog Days feature Dir. @kevenlacroix2000 Shot over the month of May, this was my third feature as Sound Mixer. Learned a ton and am very excited for the final project. A great group to work with including @joncaromusician on the boom
