When choosing what song to come out next, I’ll be honest I panicked… fear of uncertainty and indecision started to cloud my movements. But I took a moment to re-centre back to my WHY…. ‘To heal people through the power and gift of music’
And so with that in mind, the uncertainty and fear although valid is irrelevant. God has not given me a spirit of fear or timidity, but of sound mind.. and so the only way is forward.
It’s about progression not perfection
This gift of music is to share, and when you listen tomorrow I hope it touches you in the same way it did for me

I think I need to start performing barefooted more often lol because I felt sooooo much more confident on stage. The difference is insane

Such a Déjà vu moment… I played this venue 3 years ago and it was honestly one of the best shows I’ve ever done! But now doing it again there’s soooo much that has changed
This time round I’m no longer with my label, I have a new team around me, I’m out of the toxic relationship cycles and my confidence with the stage feels so much better… I’m just not not who I used to be.
Thank you Dublin for being so warm, I can’t stop smiling thinking about last night! I’ll DEFINITELY be back

This week I’ve been taking some time off socials and trying to be as present as possible. My phone was genuinely becoming an addiction - which I down play a lot of the time - but I need to take it more seriously.
I wanna start treating my mind as a city and my eyes as the gates… not just anything can enter. Rather than scrolling 4 hours away, I’m trying to create more, meet up with friends, eat croissants and pay attention to the little things.
Cause what’s the point in anything if I don’t ENJOY the days that pass. Laughter, love, music, movement, food, friends…. all the gifts of life that I need to stay connected with. Ygm?
