“Miles” , a two part personal essay on the longing to love and be loved, hopelessly and romantically. Link in bio to read.
This essay spent the past two months in my journals and across the pages of books read that I quite frankly came to need more than I realized. Pulling this writing together piece by piece was therapeutic in itself and felt like a well meant “I’m sorry” from past breakups and lovers. I hope it finds you well <3
Most ardently,

Drove 400 miles to a city unknown to myself. Revived on the road as my mind wondered long the rolling trees. The inbetween moments are where I find myself. I hope you do too.
This just in on “Midnights Monthly Reveiw” : April 🐇
In summary - April. It rained incessantly and yet my spirit still stands. Becoming sure in oneself always finds the weeds amongst your garden. Spring cleaning commenced.
Currently reading:
Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil, by John Berendt
My Year of Rest and Relaxation, Ottessa Moshfegh (yes, still)
The Bell Jar, Sylvia Plath
Listening to on repeat:
Anything Goes by Emma Chamberlain
Skin, Joy Crookes
We Don’t Even Know Where We’re
Headed, Isaiah Collier
Falling or Flying, Jorja Smith
Road Head, Japanese Breakfast
My ins & outs:
Loving leather and eye contact. Not so much a fan of pride and Irish goodbyes. 💋
As for writing and publishing this month… I could not confront myself.
Yours truly,
Dearest @ Midnight
The Midnight Monthly Review :MARCH
This past month felt like a personal rekindling and redirection.
My favorite read this month, “Crying In H Mart by Michelle Zauner”. Such a necessary read in what seems to be the waiting room as spring comes about.
I’m eager for April <3
