Together let’s stand with our San Bernardino vendors 🙏 In the wake of recent ICE raids in the San Bernardino area, many of our beloved street vendors—hardworking men and women who contribute to the soul of our neighborhoods—are now living in fear. These vendors, many of whom are undocumented, are not just entrepreneurs; they are parents, caregivers, and vital members of our community. Due to increased immigration enforcement, many are now too afraid to set up their stands, leaving them without a way to earn a living. This fundraiser is a grassroots effort to provide immediate financial relief to those affected. Your donations will go directly to local vendors who have lost income due to these raids. We are working closely with trusted community members and organizations to ensure funds are distributed fairly and transparently. Every dollar raised will help cover essentials—rent, groceries, medical bills, and other urgent needs. This is more than just charity; it’s solidarity. Yesterday was what started off as a reception for my time at @vivalaboba as their June artist of the month and turned into a fundraiser for @standbythestand 🫶 we had free crafts, free fruit from a local vendor we paid out, and music all afternoon. Because of our community’s contribution and @vivalaboba ‘s pledge of 10% of all drink sales, We were able to raise $750 yesterday! Between Gofundme and Raffle donations we now have enough to assist 8 local vendors! We appreciate everyone who has donated, shared, and referred us to your local vendors by your homes and jobs that we have been able to help as a community.
