I’ve been a little quiet on here lately. Life has been shifting in the most beautiful ways. I really wanted to slow down and be present with my family as we settle into our new chapter on the Gold Coast and we’re absolutely loving it.
I took a step back from makeup for a little while and if I’m honest, it felt strange… like I was walking away from something I poured so much of myself into. Starting again isn’t easy. But in that space, I realised it wasn’t about losing something, it was about making room for what matters most.
This season has been teaching me to set boundaries, to say no (which doesn’t come naturally to me at all) and to create a life where I can be more present for my boys. I’m now easing back into things, taking on work just a couple of weekends a month and it feels right.
Today I was back doing what I love, spending a beautiful morning in Surfers Paradise with the loveliest group of ladies from Gippsland. And tomorrow, I get to do it all again with @maddinicholls_makeup and the girls at @dearboa_ 🤍
Grateful for this slower, more intentional chapter.

I really loved the runway makeup for Gucci 2026 so I thought I’d recreate a concept ad if I was advertising the makeup looks instead of the fashion.

Powder doesn't have to look powdered.
I'm loving the brightness of powder at the moment (if your skin suits it) and giving it a little spritz with my setting spray really helps melt that powder back into the skin.
Sharnis look is how it should look!
She also wanted that real pop of pink so I layered a few to give it that pop of pink depth without it being too full on.
