Having your kids be interested in what you do for a living is seriously one of the biggest flexes. Part of why I'm working so hard to bring manufacturing back to America is its something you can pass down to your kids and their kids. To feed, not just your family, but also your neighbors family and all your suppliers families your retailers family. Not everyone is cut out to be behind a cubicle.
