Who you build for matters. There used to be a long story here - but removed it - because it doesn't have to be long. I'll just share my takeaway instead: Build your business for the people you want to spend the most time with... loved ones, family and awesome clients. 💦 I've found building this way most refreshing 🥭

Common advice out there is that you need to 'niche down'.  Put yourself in a box. Solve one problem for one person.  I get it. It definitely works for some, but it's never sat with me.  More than that, I've proved it wrong for me.  And if you're still here, and got skills, chances are you're proving it wrong, or could prove it wrong for you too.  And I believe it's worth proving wrong. I help one craft their offer and positioning, another with their landing and payment pages, another with their mission statement, and another with traffic... ...all very different problems, disciplines and skill sets needed for each. Had I have followed the typical advice of "you gotta niche down" I would have robbed myself of working with some of my greatest clients.  Many who are a lot further along in business than me - turning more profit than me. They've taught me a lot. And I've helped them lot. Win-win. Chances are you've got multiple skills as well. If you've solved a few problems, instead of niching down, maybe think about going the complete opposite way.  Think about all the problems you solve and write them down individually.  Why? Because our ideal customers and clients typically have one pressing problem. Yes, they have many, but there's one they want solved now.  They don't need our pitch - they want a patch, a fix. Help them solve their pressing problem, then help them solve the next one. Then the next.  Embrace being a multi-dimensional problem solver. It's very freeing.  If you sell online, you might like my emails. Links are where all good links are found @deano.it ^Solutions sold separately. Warning: Risk of shock. When you do things differently, you may get different results. #businessinsight #businessmind #dontbeputinabox #actionfigures
