New Deaf Star track âDim Timesâ premiered on @post_trash_ and available on all platforms now. Think dream-pop meets slowcore meets broken drum-machine, recorded on VHS, then a depressed dog ate it and threw up.
Dania (@dania_paralaxe ) contributed vocals to âSong For Ivanâ back when I was just starting to write songs for this LP. I think the original idea was a depressive dub record, before the guitars took over. The collaboration was fun: we started with me on drums, and there might have been a flute involved? That session also birthed a raw demo for her trip-hop album âListlessâ which I highly recommend checking out.
