‘Default/Decline’ is out now. I spent years coming to the understanding that grief is not something we go through- meaning there is no finality to it. It’s something we carry. Sometimes it’s heavy and we drop it. If we tend to it, we learn how to hold it. There are moments of great sadness but also empowerment unlike anything the living can offer. This album is dedicated to this realization, the path we take to arrive there and to my father, whom I miss very much.
‘Default/Decline’, our second album, drops tomorrow at midnight. It’s been such a great pleasure writing and playing these songs for the past two years and we can’t wait to share it with you.
