Harry Roesli, seorang maestro yang mendapat julukan Si Bengal sebuah sebutan yang
menggambarkan karakter keras kepala, berani, dan nyeleneh yang melekat pada dirinya.
Julukan ini bukan sekadar label, melainkan representasi dari sikap hidup dan pendekatan
seninya yang selalu menantang norma.
Lahir di Bandung pada 10 September 1951, Harry Roesli tumbuh dalam lingkungan yang
mendorong kebebasan berekspresi. Sejak muda, ia sudah menunjukkan minat besar
terhadap musik, khususnya musik rock progresif dan eksperimental.
Karya-karya Harry Roesli sering kali memadukan musik dengan kritik sosial. Ia tidak ragu
menyuarakan keresahan terhadap ketidakadilan, kemunafikan, dan kondisi masyarakat
melalui lirik maupun pertunjukan panggungnya. Dalam hal ini, ia bisa dianggap sebagai
salah satu pelopor musik yang tidak hanya menghibur, tetapi juga menggugah kesadaran
publik.

depicts one hour in the life of an elderly woman living on the streets with her baby. Through images of a cold night, an indifferent society, and a body on the verge of giving up, the song highlights the extreme poverty that is often “invisible” even in the middle of the city. Her desire to make her child happy feels impossible, like reaching for the moon. Amidst this despair, prayer becomes her only hope. The song emphasizes how time passes, but the fate of some remains stagnant.
