Meet Darlene Dull:
“Ever since I was a kid growing up in the Detroit area, we would take trips to the city, and I was always fascinated by the “city” life and the buildings, graffiti, and the edgy charm of the Motor City. I have lived in Chicago, San Franciso, and now Los Angeles, but I always go back to the streets of Detroit for my art.”
“My inspiration in texture and form from Detroit also plays in to my love of Fashion. I created pieces for this collection that are influenced by vintage and modern designers. The texture, shape, color and form in my abstract pieces come directly from the refined and rebellious designs of some of my favourite designers.”
