25 years. One experience to match it.
To celebrate this milestone, Axial brought together 250 guests (colleagues, clients and partners) for a full-day immersion shaped around its DNA: the world of automotive.
From morning to the next day, every moment was designed as part of a fully connected journey.
At Circuit de Mettet, adrenaline took the lead: track experiences, helicopter flights, off-road buggies, precision driving and even parades featuring guests’ own collector cars.
A more sensory escape followed with a visit and tasting at Château de Bioul, adding depth to an already rich experience.
As the day transitioned into evening, the setting shifted at the heart of Les Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure.
Sunset cocktails by the lake, a seated dinner in a refined atmosphere and a live performance by @elbachajo set the tone for a night that extended into celebration.
An experience built as a rhythm of intensity and elegance, where every detail contributed to lasting memories.

For the ACEA Annual Reception 2026, DDMC Event Design transformed the prestigious Cinquantenaire Art & History Museum into an immersive hub for the European automotive sector.
Our mission was to manage the entire lifecycle of the event—from the initial communication strategy and content creation to the final catering and logistical flow. The centerpieces? A monumental projection screen that offered 300 industry leaders a truly immersive perspective on the sector’s transformation.
We are proud to have supported the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association in delivering a refined evening where elegance served as the backdrop for critical industry dialogue.
