A huge win for DDB Canada as we take home the Design Campaign of the Year award from Strategy for our “Young Again Never Again” campaign with @liberation.75
This campaign invited audiences to connect deeply with Holocaust survivors, giving voice to stories that must never be forgotten. Through design, we bridged generations, allowing the past to speak powerfully to the present—a testament to the power of remembrance and storytelling.
We’re grateful to Liberation75 and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

Ever wondered what happens when your trash talks back?
Our playful "Trash Talk" campaign got Albertans recycling every time by giving containers a voice. The result? Alberta Beverage Container Recycling Corporation increased their annual recovery by tens of millions of beverage containers, breaking a 5-year downward trend!
We are so proud to be shortlisted for the Effie Awards Canada 2024 in the Environmental Non-Profit category. Every container counts!
As Edmonton’s artistic hub and creative catalyst, the Edmonton Arts Council (EAC) connects audiences and artists alike with the city’s thriving and diverse cultural landscape. We took the much-loved but left-in-the-past brand into the 21st century, applying an approach that would catalyze creatives, and engage art lovers everywhere.
A refreshed and captivating brand laid the foundation for a site that serves as an e-commerce platform along with a ticket hub for live music, exhibits, shows and more. Lively animations bring illustrations and copy to life, making this source for the latest in Edmonton arts feel as energetic as the city’s cultural communities.
This one’s huge! 🎉
Being shortlisted for the 2024 Agency of the Year Design by Strategy is a true reflection of the passion and creativity behind projects like EAC – Bringing Art to Life, Liberation 75 – YANA, and the YEG Report.
A big thank you to our amazing teams and clients for bringing these impactful stories to life. Together, we’re shaping stories that matter, and it's an honour to be recognized alongside the best in the industry. Let’s keep pushing boundaries!

11 years ago, Dale joined our team as a production artist. He touched virtually every campaign we created. And he touched our hearts.
Dale passed away unexpectedly this past Saturday. He brightened our days with his hearty laugh and on many, many occasions his baking. He was the definition of genuine, gentle and kind. RIP Dale.
We are lucky to have called you colleague and friend. If there are golf balls in heaven, we know what you’re doing.
We're still buzzing from the incredible vibes of Cannes 2024! Here are some key takeaways from our CEO, Eve Rémillard-Larose, that are shaping the future of creativity at DDB Canada:
🚀 Make A.I. Work for You: Harness the power of AI to streamline your tasks and focus your energy on activities that drive the most value and enhance creative output.
🚀 Connect with Creative Communities: Challenge yourself to meet new people and collaborate with fresh creators. Expanding your network fuels innovation.
🚀 Understand Your Consumers: Remember, consumers are human beings. Get out there, meet them, follow their journeys, ask them how they feel, and truly understand what they think.
🚀 Shorten the Distance Between Inspiration and Buying: The gap has never been shorter. It's no longer about ATL & BTL – there is no more line. Embrace this shift to create seamless and impactful experiences.

We were truly honored to have a fireside chat with @SilkenLaumann and Eve Rémillard-Larose, our CEO, this month at DDB! ✨
Silken, the founder of Unsinkable, a Canadian mental health charity, shared her incredible journey with the whole team, inspiring us all to continue to initiate conversations about mental health. @unsinkablestories bridges the gap between those struggling with their mental health and steps towards mental wellbeing through storytelling, resources, programs, events, and community building.
Thrilled to join forces with Silken and Unsinkable as we continue our advocacy for mental health awareness both at home and in the workplace. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
