Days like these are what makes the grind worth it. Took advantage of the day out the shop with a 4 am alarm with one goal on my mind. Catch a big one. A few hours later I’m on the water in the @caminojourney.co Highlander 100 doing exactly what I set off to do thanks to this big girl falling for the @zmanfishingproducts Jackhammer in B Hite delight 1/2 oz and a @geecrack_america Bellows Vibe on the back! Fast forward nearly 12 hours and although exhausted I still can’t stop thinking about fishing; and so I had to scratch the itch and got rewarded big time with this giant on the @throwbackbaits Bad Bunny!

On beautiful Mark Twain lake! 73 Boats took battle out there today, and I was very blessed and fortunate to finish 7th with a 5 Bass limit weighing 14.55 lb. Major shout out to the Country Inn Resort of MO for the bonus bucks check for the highest finisher to lodge at their resort. They really know how to accommodate all of us anglers with boat parking etc. So if you are up here and need a place to stay for the night. Check them out.
