As we close out AANHPI Heritage Month, join MOAPIA for a reflective community writing workshop that brings together storytelling, identity, and healing. This session invites participants to explore and reconnect with their AANHPI and Pride identities through guided writing exercises and shared reflection. It’s a space to slow down, express, and honor the stories that shape who we are. The workshop will be facilitated by Lavau Nalu, a Blak storyteller and visual curator with Archive Ples, a community storytelling platform based in Papua New Guinea.  Come write, reflect, and close out the month in community with us. MOAPIA joined CommuniKids Language Immersion Preschool and the DC South Asian Kids Cultural Club this past weekend for a Holi celebration at Hardy Recreation Center.  Holi celebrates spring, community, and the triumph of good — and it was wonderful to see children and families experience culture through color and connection.
