As some of you may already know, we’ve taken on a new unit – over 3,500 sqft, giving us the space to take things to the next level. This move means more ramps, a larger office, a proper customer waiting area, and even a sim rig so you can have some fun while your car is being worked on. 🏁🎮
But the biggest upgrade of all… we’re finally getting a DYNO! 🔥
This will allow us to carry out in-house testing, development and tuning to push our builds even further.
Don’t panic though — we’re still local!
The new unit is less than 10 minutes away from our current workshop, so it’ll be just as easy for everyone to get to us. 📍
We’re aiming to be fully up and running early April, and to celebrate we’ll be hosting a small opening day meet for customers and friends. Good cars, good people and a chance to check out the new setup.

Fresh ownership… and straight in for peace of mind 🔧🔥
This M2 Competition had only been owned a matter of days before the customer booked it in with us. Knowing the common S55 crank hub issues, they didn’t want to take any chances.
So this one came in for:
• Our S55 Engine Protection Package
• High-flow downpipes
• Preventative ACL rod bearings
• Insane crank hub fix
• Camshaft alignment check & correction if required
• Fresh Motul engine oil & genuine filters
• Full vehicle health check
Once we stripped it down it was clear this one was definitely overdue an oil service judging by the condition of the oil filter 👀 Always a reminder that regular maintenance is key on these S55 engines.
While it was apart we also fitted a set of high-flow downpipes to help the S55 breathe properly and unlock some extra performance and sound 👌

This BMW M4 came into us with a seriously loud squeak coming from the auxiliary belt area. After stripping and inspecting the setup properly, we traced the issue back to a failed/fouled idler pulley.
To make sure the problem was fully resolved and prevent any future issues, we replaced:
• Both auxiliary belts
• Idler pulleys
• Auxiliary belt tensioner
Now running exactly how it should with no unwanted noises 👌

This BMW 528i came to us booked in for a timing chain replacement after being told by multiple garages that the chain was causing the noise. 😬
Before jumping straight into a huge repair bill, we carried out our own inspections and diagnostics… and quickly traced the rattle to inside the inlet manifold. 👀
After stripping and assessing further, we found the culprit:
❌ Broken DISA valve
We replaced the faulty unit with a brand new genuine BMW part and guess what…
✅ Noise completely gone
✅ No timing chain required
✅ Customer saved thousands of pounds

Not every “gearbox failure” needs a gearbox… 👀
This stunning Grigio Telesto F80 M3 was recovered into us with no drive at all. The customer was convinced the gearbox had failed and even brought a replacement gearbox along with the car ready for us to fit.
Before throwing parts at it, we carried out a full inspection and quickly noticed there was absolutely no gearbox oil left in the transmission. After checking for leaks around the gearbox itself and finding nothing obvious, we dug a little deeper and found one of the gearbox oil cooler lines had burst off at the front of the engine bay.
We secured the line correctly, refilled the gearbox with fresh oil, carried out testing… and full drivability was restored ✅
Safe to say the customer was very happy after potentially being saved a very expensive gearbox replacement 💰
While the car was with us we also:
🔧 Replaced the rocker cover due to a squeaking PCV noise
🔧 Fitted brand new NGK spark plugs
🔧 Carried out an engine oil service
🔧 Repaired damaged sump plug threads after previous poor workmanship
🔧 Replaced a faulty bonnet catch causing “bonnet open” faults
🔧 Coded out a battery related issue
🔧 Carried out a full vehicle health check
Another one diagnosed properly instead of just throwing parts at it 👊

F80 M3 in with some serious drivetrain upgrades 🔧💪
This one came in for the upgraded Powerflex rear differential bracket setup — replacing the weak factory single rear diff mount with a much stronger twin rear mount design.
The OEM setup is known for excessive movement under hard launches and tuned power levels, so this upgrade helps massively with drivetrain stability, traction and reducing diff movement under load 👌
While carrying out the work we also fitted the updated BMW technical update subframe bolts, which now feature a special spacer design to help prevent water ingress and corrosion around the bolts — a very worthwhile preventative upgrade on these cars.
Perfect setup for anyone pushing more power through their S55 or simply wanting the car to feel tighter, stronger and more planted 🚗🔥
