Throwback to my new experience, to be able to bring this work become an award winning film, my neck is still long enough to receive many more medals in the future, lets gooo!
Throwback to a 2023 shoot. Kangen juga sama PH ini @tentacleworks.id
Everything was still “proper” back then… budgets made sense, production ran wild, and this one also happened to be my debut as a Director in the Indonesian commercial scene.
Not gonna lie, the adrenaline was real. Being watched by a senior Producer, Director, dan juga EP @lupajalan , pushed hard on set by crazy producer @zhie_iezma who never let anything slide, and my weird ideas somehow still survived lolll
Big shoutout to aa @juneett_ for holding things together on set, and masku @fahim.rauyan for making everything look way better than it had any right to. And of course the whole team, honestly couldn’t have done it without you all!

Godspeed. Much love
This was my last FPV flight back in Bali, 2022.
A time when I was still carrying my drone everywhere, building it piece by piece, tuning every detail on my own. No fancy features, no safety nets, just instinct, trial and error, and a bit of recklessness.
After this, I passed everything down. the drones, the tools, the gear, to a new pilot just starting out. Now, flying has become more accessible than ever. Safer, easier… almost effortless.
But nothing replaces that feeling, learning from zero, failing, fixing, and finally getting it right. That’s the kind of process I’ve always loved, especially when it comes to things tied to my work in filmmaking. Though yeah… my flaw is, once I’ve mastered something, I tend to walk away and chase the next skill.
Still… if you ask me to fly today, I’ve still got it.
