Here we have an asphalt roof that someone tried to recover with resitrix 2 years ago and failed miserably, we pulled all the resitrix off took the lumps out of the asphalt and put 2 layers of torch on felt down another cracking finish, a total area of 256m2🫡🔥
140m2 concrete roof that was ponding very badly we installed firing pieces 18mm osb and 2 layers of torch on felt delighted to finally get this one over the line the bad weather put a delay on the job but we got there in the end with a very nice finish🫡👌
A 90m2 trocal flat roof that had served its time, we striped everything off installed 18mm osb, vapour barrier, 100ml insulation 2 layers of torch on felt, was a nice job to jump straight back into, starting as we mean to go on💪💪
An apartment block we recently completed in Dublin city centre using a 2 layer torch on felt system from @roofnstopireland , a combined total of 560m2, the old roof had served its time and was completely perished, upon completion the client was provided with a 20 year warranty, really enjoyed the challenge of this project, looking forward to taking on the block opposite this one in February💪
