Temo is an unemployed actor who drives around 100km a day on a scooter, performing the duty of a delivery man. Based on the novel Courier’s Tales by Temo Rekhviashvili, who is a main protagonist of the film, Anka Gujabidze crafts a poignant but humorous black and white photo adventure in the streets of Tbilisi.

Director Dea Tcholokava
@dcholokava
A mud volcano in Akhtala, Georgia, constantly produces material for the local spa industry: Heated and spread on large linen cloths, the shimmering grey goo is believed to heal the sick. But not only the guests roam the bathhouse, but also five-year-old Tako in her summer dress, who is afraid of the so-called Mud Man. The place and its volcano are shrouded in legends – how much truth is behind them?
Dea Tcholokava and Irine Gelashvili (pr0pducer) will be present for the Q and A
Blueberry Dreams
76 minutes, 2024
Director Elene Mikaberidze
A warm and understatedly humourous film about a Georgian family’s project to start a blueberry farm in an area where old conflicts rumble underground. A young film from the old world, where the family’s two sons dream of a different future.
