James Holley-Grisham, DCHFA's Senior Multifamily Loan Underwriter, gave remarks during the groundbreaking of Jubilee ADMO Apartments. The project provides 188 affordable homes across six different buildings within Ward 1. DCHFA staff members and Heather Wellington, DCHFA's board chair, attended the event.

DCHFA staff members attended the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies (NALHFA) Annual Conference where housing finance professionals, economic development leaders, and industry innovators came together to discuss the affordable housing ecosystem through panels and training sessions. One of the sessions included Yolanda McCutchen, VP of Public Relations at DCHFA, as a facilitator discussing the power of advocacy and the action behind it.

DCHFA celebrated the cultural diversity of staff members during its International Day event. A variety of flags, cuisine, and decorations representing different countries were showcased.
