He regularly teaches throughout the DMV with organizations including Backroom Salsa Nights at Glen Echo, Azúcar Latin Dance Club at George Mason University, and Salsa Bachata Manassas. James has performed with groups including DC Casineros, Fuzion de Ritmos, and the Azúcar Performance Team.
