Bringing this out on a ferry was a bit nerve wracking, but working by the beach was a nice change of scenery.
The primary closet acts as a wall between the primary bedroom and bathroom. It includes the same perforated ceiling that runs throughout the apartment.

The alcove is located at the north end of the apartment and acts as a library/guest bedroom/ laundry room. A lot of engineering went into this room, from hidden access panels, to secret laundry room access, to a perforated ceiling hiding a mechanical room above.
