If you're gonna brag when you win, don't complain when you lose. Especially about things you knew before stepping on the mat.
Nobody cares if you were undersized for the bracket, less experienced, outranked, or counted out. The moment you show up, the assumption is you came to win regardless of what's stacked against you.
If you expect any less of yourself, just stay home.
That's part of why I stopped beating myself up over losses and unsatisfactory outcomes. If it was beneficial, it would've worked already. Trust me I've done it more than enough.
