Aside from the days and weeks of preparation leading up to the event, several calls and in person meetings, being responsible for someone’s wedding day takes experience, leadership, patience, snacks, delegation abilities, emergency preparedness, AAA, tape, zip ties, backup plans A, B and C and a RUNNER that can run to Wal Mart just in case. Your clients need to know that they can trust you. They see it in your work. They hear it in your voice. They can smell your confidence. And I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that I get nervous, scared and downright afraid that sometimes things won’t work out. But I always push through. I tuck that fear deep down into my gut… and I push through. But I’m human and understand the totality of the weight of having someone’s big day on my shoulder. Wedding day Event production requires a team. Our logistics manager Rita ensures that items are placed where they belong and how. Tineva is the floral designer that creates and puts the finishing touches on the designs you see on wedding day. And so many other helping hands. We try and think of every single detail so that you don’t have to. The team is committed to ensuring that we give 110% every time. We also strive to work with and around all of the other vendors that are dropping in and out to create the entire wedding scene.
