I completed the #3DCAD model of #cadbike59 , my old Electraglide Policebike. I have been working on this since october, about 300 hours work..
We also went to #Fubarfest so there are some pics from that
and finally yesterday we picked up a 1200 Sportster #hardtail with #springer for @_adelkath_ , this will get a makeover next winter, and will be the basis of #cadbike60

I spent ages removing all the machining marks from the CNC machined stainless steel sidestand, for my #cadbike56 #harleydavidson 1960 #panhead Now it is going to @blink_wetblasting for the finishing touch!

The hydraulic clutch is operated by pulling a rod under the primary along the lower frame rail, so we need to reverse the direction of the pedal using gears… #dbbpdesign

Light work 💪🏼 …. Great to have these 3D printed engines to easily stick in frames to get a feel for fit, dimensions and look.
We used the CAD drawing from @dbbpdesign to print these.
