One year ago today we took over as the owners of G.J. Andrews, and what a year it has been!
The year absolutely flew by. We were so lucky to have acquired such a strong team of staff in which we have almost retained all of. They have helped to teach us everything that they know about the store and have helped us through all of the changes that we have been making.
We have built relationships with a countless amount of customers and suppliers. It is amazing to see regulars coming in multiple times a week, if not daily. We appreciate all of our family and friends that have supported us through this first year by stopping by the store and getting the word out to others to come by.
Every day has been an adventure; we never know what is going to be thrown at us. From equipment breaking down, to staffing, to dealing with everything behind the scenes running the business. There is not a day that passes where we are not learning something new.
I am so lucky to have such great partners in both Nigel and Dave. Nigel is by my side in the store daily and Dave is always around if I need mentorship or just to vent about anything. I could not have done this without them.
We appreciate all of you and can't wait for you to stop by the store soon!
As I’m getting older I’m realizing it’s not a guarantee it’s a privilege. Don’t keep putting things off if you don’t have to. I’ve always wanted to go visit New Zealand. I came for the golf and left blown away by how beautiful the country is! 🥂 to 40

I spent last week at the 34th annual Alister Mackenzie Society gathering. It was an absolute treat to be able to spend it at Cypress Point Club and meet members from other Mackenzie courses from around the world.
One of the best parts of the trip was meeting new people. We were lucky enough to be with the same group for the entire trip. We all got to benefit from the amazing video editing of the entire trip by @theglobaltrip Thanks so much for documenting for all of us!
