I really wanna thank everyone who made contributions to my Movember this year. Last year I had a goal for wanting to raise $1,000 and that was beaten. This year’s goal was $1,500. Also beaten. I have so much gratitude for the people who’ve helped me, family, friends, old friends, and even strangers.
Whether ten dollars gets raised or ten thousand, it’s the conversation around men’s health. So many men in my life have opened up to me about their mental health, and these are men, friends, I didn’t expect to be going through these struggles. You just don’t know. So be open, and check in on your mates.

Doubt was a real thing going through my first marathon and nothing felt better and real when crossing the finishing line. Thank you to all my friends and family, far and near, who cheered and showed support 🫶 and to everyone who donated, we were able to raise over $500.00 for a total of $581.91 that will go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association!
