I finished 2020 with my first ever 10K run today. Until this year, the longest distance I had run was a mile, and I probably hadn't done that since high school PE class😆. One of the positives of 2020 for me was that I was FORCED out of my comfort zone and into trying new things. I won't be taking home any gold medals anytime soon, but I gotta celebrate the wins this year. I had a lot of help from
