The fourth course on our Oh-Ma-Gave Tasting Menu is the Martini 🍸
Martinis have been having a moment, and this one showcases our unique take on the classic. The base is Racilla, which is an agave-based spirit from Jalisco. This martini offers a savory experience with integrated Roquefort liqueur and Achar shrub.
This is paired with our famed Taco Arabe. A leg of lamb taco nestled in a cheese-crusted flour tortilla, topped with yoghurt, chipotle salsa, refreshing cucumber, onion, and cilantro.
This tasting menu is available through June 12, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays at 5:30pm & 8:00pm.
