Under siege from within. The clock of disenfranchisement has been restarted. Mobilization is a must but the people will speak soon. As the grandmothers say, ājust keep on livinā!ā

Tennesseeās single black voting district is no more. Gerrymandering crimes are happing all over the south. We need help. Rights and representation are being stripped away as the nation is celebrating 250 years of independence. The irony couldnāt be higher!

An incredible time was had in and around New Haven! Here are some of my favourite photos in the first of a few posts.
Possible Futures and Lauren (@possiblefuturesbooks ) did an excellent job during āKennedy on Connecticut Timeā with their daily write-ups on Instagram.
We were unreasonable in so many ways, and I lost track of how many different people helped load, unload, and move the letterpress.
In light of America recognizing 250 years of Independence, we must recognize that this nation exists on the spirit of reform. As we, in yet another moment, are in need of dire change, collective action which got us here is the same energy that will get us to our next vista. Reform requires acts of solidarity. We are the change!

50% off everything ā celebrating the launch of WeType.
Use code WeType2026 at www.wetype.co
In 2025 we set out to launch WeType, a type foundry rooted at the intersection of Western and Eastern cultural heritage. Our mission is to shift the center of the narrative by amplifying typographic voices that are too often overlooked.
In just one year we released 6 typefaces ā two superfamilies and four display fonts ā each shaped by research, culture, and craft.
We believe type has the power to restore, reflect, and reimagine culture with purpose.
Explore the library and celebrate the launch with 50% off all fonts.
