Here's a 2D hand rig - something I'd always wanted to create!
Made in AE, following some tips and tricks but also came up with some of my own too. Here are some varied pose examples; it can rotate 180 degrees, splay all fingers and contains controls for each finger curl. Expressions were used to achieve the nails disappearing palm-side.

"Approachable, friendly and trust-worthy" character explorations for a 3D female presenter. Unfortunately none of these were used due to the client changing direction, choosing instead to go for a live action presenter. These were really enjoyable to design, especially trying to include different shapes, sizes and styles.
