⚡ ARTISTS FOCUS: 11th Hour - Substrada - EKSTR ⚡
These guys already have a long collaboration project where they release EP's with own productions called 'Trawant'.
11th Hour is one of the many Belgian bass-weight wizards to have come to prominence over the last couple of years. With both multiple physical and digital releases under his belt on labels such as Duploc, Deep Dark & Dangerous, Wheel & Deal and Basskruit to name a few, he's definitely a producer you should know. His tracks receive regular support from Mala, Youngsta, N-type, J:Kenzo, Ternion Sound, Bukez Finezt, and many more.
Substrada is a fresh and versatile artist from Belgium. His bass-oriented music could be characterised as dark and energetic with a distinct groove. Being a 3D artist as well, he constantly tries to push his brand to a higher level. Substradas releases, both digital and vinyl, receives support from big names on stage such as Mala, Sicaria, Simula, Ternion Sound, Distinct Motive, Bukez Finezt and Epoch, to name a few.
EKSTR is a Belgian guy who likes all kinds of bass music. Still kind of a new kid on the block, he released his first dubstep tune in 2020. Since then, he’s had many digital and vinyl releases on labels like Infernal Sounds, Basskruit, LDH Records, FatKidOnFire and 786 Recordings to name a few. EKSTR likes the dubby and old school side of dubstep, but doesn’t limit himself to this, when it comes to his productions. He constantly tries to evolve his sound and just make whatever sounds cool!
For our second premiere on the Future Forms compilation from @infernal_sounds , we bring you track 17 by @davide_ekstr , as he drops the VIP of his bass chanter ‘Stotter’.
.
This one hauntingly progresses into soundsysytem weight, blending jaunting atmospherics, sinister vocal shouts and juddering bass to synthesise a looming dubstep horror show.
