Last week, I completed my second Rocket Yoga training (50H) with @davidckyle . This feels incredibly exciting, as I got to fully experience the Rocket vibe and complete my 100 hours of training.I am grateful for the opportunity to practice and learn from him. Before stepping into the training, I prepared myself both mentally and physically. Nine classes in five days was a lot for the body to take in, but it helped me cultivate resilience and inner strength Now, I look forward to sharing it with the world See you on the mat!#rocket #yoga #strenght #mindandbody #yogapractice

¿Alguna vez has sentido que tu cuerpo se “bloquea” ante un desafío?Fui a la certificación con @davidckyle en @blancoyoga pensando en técnica de Handstand, pero me llevé una lección de vida: el verdadero equilibrio no está en los músculos, sino en tu sistema nervioso.El Rocket Yoga tiene fama de ser pura intensidad, pero la verdadera maestría es la regulación. Aprendí que de nada sirve sostenerse sobre las manos si tu cuerpo se siente en modo “supervivencia”. La fuerza real nace de la calma y de la libertad de elegir cómo nos movemosHoy, mi práctica y mi enseñanza se enfocan en eso: en el arte de acompañar a otros a habitar su cuerpo con seguridad, incluso en medio del vuelo. Porque el yoga no es una meta, es una herramienta de libertad funcional.¿Te da miedo intentar posturas desafiantes?
