We followed Eddie Hall - former World’s Strongest Man - through a full day of prep ahead of his fight with @tommyfury on 13th June in Manchester. Gym session, physio, pool, recovery, family time, even feeding [and catching] his goats.
Eddie doesn’t do things by half measures!
We’re so grateful he opened up and gave us a behind-the-scenes glimpse into a day in his life.

Finally getting round to sharing a few frames from March for what turned out to be Michael Conlan’s final fight week.
Media Day
There was something special about seeing a fighter of Michael’s level headline in Belfast. It’s my home city too, so getting to show the city off to so many of the staff and people I’m normally travelling around the world with made the week feel that bit more personal.
Boxing can be brutal though. A week that carried so much pride and emotion also ended in huge disappointment for Michael.
Grateful to have documented a small part of it all.

Fourteen // love using birthdays as an excuse to get photos of the boys. Ollie turns 14 today. What a blessing he has been for our family. Hoping he can win his race in Portadown today. As part of his present, in anticipation for today, I’ve been allowing him to beat me at table tennis.

One of the privileges of this job is being trusted with moments. Special moments, even when they aren’t always easy.
You find yourself present for the highs everyone sees… but also the quieter, heavier moments that don’t get shared as often.
On Friday night, I sat with Michael Conlan as he announced his retirement after 27 years in boxing.
Before he left the building with his beautiful family, I asked for a moment. Just to document it. To hold it still, even in the discomfort of it all.
No noise. No performance. Just the weight of it all.
It’s a privilege to witness that. To be trusted in those spaces. Just to document it.
Michael, thank you for the honesty, the openness, and the support you’ve shown me since I stepped into boxing. It’s something I don’t take lightly.

Rollercoaster day in Dublin.
A great win and Triple Crown presentation for @irishrugby , followed by recording a reaction episode of The Ireland Rugby Social podcast with @gavinjandrews , @conormurray9 and @mikemccarthy6 .
After that it was a quick turnaround for some edits and an anxious wait as England nearly beat France. If England had held out, we had stayed in the stadium for the Ireland team returning to lift the @sixnationsrugby trophy. So close to what would have been an epic night.
Now off to London with @mfproboxing .
