I fought hitting the gym “first thing” for a long time. ⏰
It sounded like a good idea lol, but there was no way I was hitting the gym at 5:30 in the morning. Now, as soon as I wake up, it’s the first place I wanna go. 🏋️
I started going at 5:30-6am about a year ago, and it completely sets the tone for the whole day. When I start the day with a solid workout, it usually locks in a great mood, but even when shit happens, it makes it much easier to deal with. 💪🔥🙌
