Check out one of Dave’s mixes in our story. Bio Dave Pham’s obsession with techno which began in the early 90s, still continues strongly today. Initially inspired by Technotronic’s debut single Pump Up The Jam, Dave began his journey for collecting electronic music through all avenues possible and even working at some of Melbourne’s best record stores such as DMC and Substrata. Over his 30+ year dj career, Dave had the privilege to work with crews such as Hardware, War of the Worlds, Acid Reign, Agent Mad, Every Picture Tells a Story, Future Entertainment, RSF, Earthcore, Arm in Arm and the mighty MTC.  This year Dave has embarked on a journey and started running my own shows again ‘Rave Signal” which pays homage to the early sounds of the 90s and bring back some of the original DJs of that time, responsible for planting the seeds of Melbourne’s techno underground sounds.

Since the beginning of the new Millennium @davepham75 and Matt Radovich have had som epic encounters. They have played all kinds of music in all kinds of venues. On Saturday the 4th of October, these two great mates join forces once again, at the awesome new venue that is @collingwood_basement to go back to back all night long, 10pm til 4am. I am filled with so much gratitude following Rave Signal #2. To all the people that came and danced from start to end, my amazing friends that played our favourite records, Howler and their awesome staff, THANK YOU! The day was everything I had hoped for, friendly familiar faces, cool nostalgic music vibes and just a bloody good time! The support for this small gig has been overwhelming and to see everyone just enjoy themselves was the greatest Christmas gift. Wishing you all a safe and merry Christmas, see you next year at Rave Sugnal 3.
