My people just informed me I’ve been with Claire for 18 years.
I could be funny and joke around but 18 years is significant.
Looking through my photo reel on the phone and I’m well aware I don’t take enough pictures of her.
Almost everything is punctuated by an event or a meal out but when I look back it’s less about the landmark events. It’s about the moments on the couch watching the game, or her baking in the kitchen or us quickly kissing before the day starts. That’s the real treasure. The consistent yes.
