For this drink I‘m looking to reduce waste together with the Neighbourhood of el Born that surrounds

The Glass, which reminded me of the Cristóbal volcano that influences the Flor de Caña production, got saved from landing in the trash of

The band around it was taken from the waste of
@re_cuir
I looked around the businesses close to us and our own workplace hoping to find ingredients that inspire to create new life out of something „useless“.
The lettuce and shizo leaves are used from leftovers of HonestGreens and UDON Born
Kombucha was taken from Dr.Stravinsky
And the Garnish is created by taking daily leftover from JohnCake
For the Syrup I used spices like cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg and cloves that we need in big quantities, for one last extra time.
