Dave Stuart has plied his craft through both the best & toughest times of Sydney's nightlife for the past two decades, and is still as passionate as the first night he set foot in a DJ booth.
With a strong appreciation for deeper, dub-inspired sounds, his sets are atmospheric, warm, and grounded. His commitment to digging for music and thoughtful programming has earned him sets all over Australia, as well as internationally at Tresor/Globus, ://about blank, Salon Zur Wilden Renate, and Griessmuehle.

Over in the Cave we welcome @max_ohman for a journey through the depths of this vinyl catalogue ALL NIGHT LONG. OHMS is a wax addict from Sydney who can work the floor. A quiet collector with a diverse palette. A particular knack for tech house, 4x4 and anything with a groove.
His collection is always evolving as he spends time in crates at every hole in the wall. Always sharing a sound that is different from the last. A patient DJ with utmost love for the craft. What follows is a warm boppy space and pinching smiles 🤍

Music For Change returns to Lazy Thinking on April 30th for an evening of ambient, downtempo, and listening-friendly electronic music.
As always, our mission is to create meaningful change through music. 100% of profits from this event will be donated to Street Side Medics, who strive to alleviate the burdens faced by the homeless community in Australia in accessing primary healthcare.

After years orbiting the Sydney underground DJ'ing, throwing parties, and helming the record store Something Else (RIP), Dave Stuart (@dave_stuart_something_else ) returns with a transmission from the depths. A lifetime spent behind the counter and behind the decks distilled into one anesthetic adventure.
This mix unfolds like a cosmic swamp, thick with murky warmth and shimmering reflections of dub-soaked techno ambience. It’s the sound of future cities submerged, signals bending through fog, and echoes of dancefloors long past still pulsing somewhere beneath the surface.
A futuristic fever dream rendered in delay and dust. Patient, textural, and strangely intimate.
This really is for home use only.
