Happy 3 year anniversary to the EP that started it all, “REMOTE GOD SEEKER”.
To this day “24 HOURS LEFT” and “DRAGGING NAZARENE” are still staples in the setlist.
We are grateful for the places that this ignorant 6 song pink DC EP have allowed us to go.
Some fun facts about RGS: Hunter had some of these riffs dating back to 2020, “RGS” was written between both the old
@digitalghostaudio and 1st location in Georgia, H wrote the majority of music and then went to
@coupeaustin to super charge the songs in a day, Dave and H wrote “Dragging Nazarene” in a few hours during vocal tracking because we felt there was something missing,
@jonxmackey and H wrote “Raining Glass” right before he joined
@dyingwishhc (who we’ve since toured internationally with), Whittle and Mike crushed vocals in only a few days, Whittle wrote “24”, “RAINING GLASS”, and “DRAGGING” while Mike helmed “IDT, NEW JACK”, and “LASTING” lyrically.
@brandanxlopez co-mixed it and mastered it long before he ended up joining the band on bass. This was the 1st of 4 releases that
@sloppjockey_ert handled the art for. There’s lots more, but we just wanted to say thank you.
Maybe someday we will get to play both 2023 EPs in full 😉
