Team size is shrinking. Expectations are growing.
Viktoriya Zinovyeva, Product Manager, talks about how to use AI to recalibrate your output.
“We’ll have turbulent times ahead, and a lot of people will struggle. So, the question is, what value do you add to the project that AI cannot give?”

They say time flies when you’re surrounded by good people — and there’s probably some truth to that 🙂
Another year has just passed for us here in Wrocław — another year of shared projects, challenges, changes, successes, and everyday work that creates something much bigger than just an office.
It was great to meet today over coffee, look back at our beginnings by the Odra River, and remember what the very first days of the office looked like.
Thank you to the entire team — having colleagues like this and being part of such an amazing office is truly a privilege.
Here’s to many more years together! 🎉

DataArt and its partners, as part of the Support Ukraine initiative, have contributed to the “Second Wind” Charitable Foundation, supporting wounded veterans and military personnel who have undergone amputations on their path to physical and mental recovery.
Through this charitable contribution, we support initiatives in adaptive sports, mountain and rock climbing, as well as team-building activities within the veteran community, helping them restore strength and return to an active life.
💙💛 Thank you to everyone involved for your tireless and inspiring work.
Michał is not slowing down! Just a month after speaking at Check IT in Lublin, he was back in action - this time at the University of Łódź, leading a hands-on productivity workshop.
Together with a group of motivated students, Michał Mickiewicz (JS Dev) guided them through the full process: from building a vision, through exploring solutions and setting goals, all the way to planning real execution steps.
It was also a moment to pause, step back from the noise, and think intentionally about what comes next.
Big thanks to Michał for his energy and commitment! And this is not the end - in May he’ll be back with the same topic at UMCS in Lublin, this time working with international students.
The music industry has no shortage of ideas.
What it’s lacked is access.
Access to the tools.
Access to infrastructure.
Access to the technical resources needed to actually build.
That’s changing.
Tomorrow, at OpenPlay CoLab during Music Biz 2026, we’re bringing together artists, labels, publishers, entrepreneurs, developers, investors, and technology partners to prototype the future of the music business in real time.
We’re excited to be joined by DataArt, a global software engineering and AI partner trusted by music companies across the industry.
From modernizing legacy systems to building scalable AI and data infrastructure, DataArt has spent nearly two decades helping power the operational backbone of the music ecosystem.
Together, we’ll explore how AI-native workflows and vibe coding can unlock faster innovation across catalog operations, rights, analytics, marketing, and beyond.
The day begins with a one-hour hands-on vibe coding workshop led by Edward Ginis before teams break into collaborative build sessions with OpenPlay APIs and partner technologies.
This isn’t another panel discussion.
It’s a working session for the future of the industry.

Imagine getting to your computer lab by bus… and then having to push it out of the mud.
And the wildest part? There still was no computer. Your team had to invent one.
That’s exactly what the Kyiv computer team faced in 1949–1951 while building one of continental Europe’s first computers 💙💛
