The Search series was never meant to be a competition… it was always meant to be a creative showcase starting conversations. Over the course of our 10 month journey we introduced a collaboration round that invited artists to stop performing alongside each other and start creating with each other. What happened next was nothing short of amazing. Solo artists became groups and strangers became family.
In some of the most divisive times any of us can remember, art reminded us of what we already knew deep down… that we are stronger together! None of this would have been possible without @theblueroomri whose stunning space gave our artists the room to breathe, explore, connect, and grow. Thank you to every single collaborative artist who showed up, opened up, and gave everything you had from your passionate souls! We are the most creative state in America. ❤️⚓️

Nine months ago The Search started as a vision and belief that Rhode Island was full of undiscovered voices, artists, and storytellers waiting for their moment to shine.
Now we’re 3 days away from The Search Grand Finale at the stage where it all began…The Park Theatre.
We’re proud of every artist who stepped forward, every volunteer who gave their time, and every person in the community who believed in collaborative creation and empowering others.
This is bigger than a show. It’s a movement!

Meet finalist @dashpena as he locks in his performance during rehearsal with Sean Rogan from You Rock School of Music. Moments like these are what The Search is all about … artists putting in the work,refining their craft, learning, and preparing to step onto the historic Park Theatre stage.
It’s powerful to watch the mentorship and collaboration happening in real time. Dash is giving it everything he’s got, and we can’t wait for the community to experience his performance at the Grand Finale on Saturday March 14.

MEET DASH PENA 🎶✨
Rhode Island–based musician Dash Pena, a proud member of the Ocean State Pops Orchestra, brings over a decade of live performance experience to every stage he steps onto. Classically trained and versatile across genres, Dash performs everything from intimate acoustic sets in bars, pubs, and brunch venues to full-band performances for large events and celebrations. Known for his wide-ranging setlist, reliability, and positive stage presence, he delivers a polished and engaging live experience.
This season, Dash is being mentored by Sean Rogan, supporting his continued artistic growth and artistic direction.
Professional, grounded, and deeply passionate about music, Dash is excited to continue expanding his journey through The Search.
