“Hello everybody, my name is Anthony. I didn’t collect Lego until I was 18 and would buy cmf for my brother who is 10 years younger than me back when they were like $3 each. I thought they were really cool and the mystery of what you get was exciting so I found myself buying them for myself too. Then like most other people I discovered brickarms, then cb and some cool decaled stuff. In 2018 I made an instagram account, met @sket_brock who is local to me, @minifigure_dreams and plenty of other people who I’d still call a friend today. Once I was on ig I found out about Lego conventions and went to Brickworld Indy for the first time. I didn’t really know there could be misprints back then and didn’t think to ask but it was still exciting and I was hooked. That same year I went to Brickworld Chicago and HQ for the first time as well. That felt like a bucket list item being checked off and it is still just as exciting going to cons today, meeting people in person for the first time that you’ve known online for a little while, and getting a nice haul to add to the collection. These days I’ve been trying to make my own original things to sell while keeping up buying from way too many brands😆 I’ll admit I have a problem but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
