As a (solo) traveler, I’m always excited about the people I’ll meet and the places I’ll see.
What I didn’t expect… was Vietnam.
The kindness, the hospitality, the quiet humility. I’ve felt it before in Thailand but Vietnam made me pause in a different way.
It made me reflect on how much I have… and how easy it is to still feel unsatisfied.
So I guess life isn’t about how much we own, but about how deeply we can appreciate what’s already ours.

This is your sign to have a lake shoot at sunset.
When creating a cinematic video, there are couple of things you need to consider:
Location/time: Aim for soft lighting. Shooting at midday is hard as the sun is too harsh hence why sunrise/sunset shoots are the best times for perfect light and colours.
Colour Palette: It’s important to plan your shoot. Know the outfit and make sure that it complement the location and shooting time. If your colours don’t match, it’s hard to pull off those cinematic shots.
Gears: Yes, they always say GEARS don’t matter. I’ll say, if you really want to level up your cinematic videos, Gears really matters. Having a full frame camera that can shoot log with high dynamic range will give you the capability of getting the most details. What is dynamic range? It’s how much details can your camera capture from the darkest shadows to the brightest light of your scenes without breaking the image.
