A home designed for gathering—this family lodge project was always about people.
We created four suites, each spacious enough to comfortably host a family of four. To give each room its own identity, we introduced distinct colour stories—expressed through the bathroom tile and custom headboards.
Over time, the pink, green, blue, and neutral rooms have each taken on a personality of their own—so much so that choosing a favourite has become part of the experience 🤍 Read more about this stunning project in the Spring issue of @ruemagazine
For our parents’ condo, the dining room was the perfect place for a wallpaper moment. After a little convincing, they were on board—and we couldn’t be happier. This Phillip Jeffries mural adds so much warmth and depth to the space. We narrowed it down to three colourways… which one gets your vote? Tell us below.

Fun fact: this is the second Toronto home we’ve renovated for these longtime clients, and they loved this wallpaper so much we brought it back for this space too.
Nicknamed “Operation Derelict,” this expansive cottage by designer Olivia Botrie of Dart Studio is built on the site of an old derelict cabin, now transformed into a warm, multigenerational retreat. Designed as a long, low-slung structure, the home reads like a series of smaller buildings connected by glass hallways along the shoreline. The cottage even has its own “motel wing”.
