About a week ago, our franchise went live, and I’m honestly still recovering from the overwhelming love and support from everyone who showed up. Some of you, I hadn’t seen in months… even years. There were so many hugs, conversations, and moments that I genuinely can’t even keep track of them all. Thank you so much.
I’m exceedingly glad, and the sales are truly something to bless God for. Since the opening, I’ve been working twice as hard — sorting through and correcting the oversights from that day, especially because this is my first time doing something like this. But even with all the pressure, it has been my absolute delight to receive such immense love and encouragement from you all.

It’s honestly so surreal to say this… but we’ve officially come to the end of our truck building series.
What started as an idea, prayers, and hardwork has now become something real. There were moments filled with excitement, moments filled with pressure, delays, uncertainty and exhaustion.
But through every single stage of this journey, God has been faithful.
This series captured the building of a food truck, but what it truly held was growth, sacrifice, resilience, obedience, and grace. And the best part? This is only the beginning.

Episode 14 was the last time I gave you a real update… and since then, life has been happening in ways I haven’t even had the time to document.
Behind the scenes, it’s been early mornings, long nights, testing, failing, fixing, rebuilding, and trusting God through it all. There were days things didn’t go as planned. Days I questioned timelines.
But through it all, grace has carried me.
To everyone who has checked in, supported, believed, encouraged me, or simply watched from afar… thank you. This journey is not just mine, it’s ours.
Every recipe refined, every system built, every small win, it has all led to this moment.
And even though I couldn’t show you every step… just know, the work never stopped.
Now it’s time.

This is not a dump. This is a testimony.
Where do I even begin to tell the story of how challenging it has been since I won the truck?
At a point, it felt like my whole life had fallen into despair. There seemed to be no glimpse of hope whenever I looked up to the sky. But God is faithful.
Every slide is a testament to what God has done in just one month since I picked up the mantle of building my food truck business.
We’ve gone from simply paying for the space to acquiring the necessary utensils, fixing all amenities, hiring staff, testing the truck’s capabilities, setting up a beautiful cooking space, and even hosting several practical sessions.
Every part of this process has been graced, and I can confidently say we are about 70% done with everything needed for Maison Darlington to go live.
I’m grateful to God for blessing me with a wonderful team, divine supporters, and true friends. I am deeply thankful—but even more fired up—because the result of all our hard work is about to speak.
Ladies and gentlemen, Maison Darlington launches in less than 2 weeks.
